Add Enlight Beacon spell to Pippin #547

Add the beacon Doodad to the location where it is in the movie. The spell is cast instant and as soem effect on the beacon. It gives hope to all Gondor warriors and increases their attack rate.

Maybe add some reveal spell effect over the beacon when he casts the spell.
