Reduce supply to 50 maybe.
Disable all timer triggers for AI if no computer players exist.
Try to avoid all periodic functions except the multiboard and try to simplify the multiboard update.

Test on a new PC first on an SSD. Maybe my computer is just too slow.

Reduce the number of Trebuchets and make them stronger and reduce their range or auto aiming range. They could all simply fire to the flag to avoid lags.
