Release Black Arrow System 1.1

Changes:

• Use vJass
• Make globals private
• Use a library with a module initializer
• Make functions private nor leave them as they are and remove "BlackArrowSystem" from private functions.
• Add API documentation.
• Do not require the user to register auto casters manually.

Add a version of BlackArrowAddAbility which uses the default buff 'BNdm'. Apparently, it is hard to detect orders of preplaced units (hooks are created after that and order triggers, too) so all preplaced auto casters must be registered.
