Add custom UI for skilling Void Lords/with a list of all hero abilities to the content UI #1363

Like the backpack UI list 180 hero skills per ability slot. Select the skills you want and apply. This would allow you to see more skills at once.

It will be much work to do. For now we can add many towers as well.
