Add Encyclopedia/Codex UI for lore and infos #2696

"-lore" Maybe add a button next to the checkbox for toggling multiboards.

Should contains scrollable areas with text. On the left side like quests there should be a scrollable list of all entries.

Important lore entries:

etc.

It could be available via powerup items or the lore could be written in the items?
