Visit Xe'ra at the ship Xenedar and hire a lightforged Draenei. Bring him to Velen.

Reward: Some holy weapon to kill Undead.

Maybe move Velen to Azeroth and switch quest 2 and 3 or create a portal between Argus and the starting zone?

Add the effect with 30% bonus damage against Demon units for the Demon Slayer item.
