Add hero spell Phoenix Egg #2845

After death summons a Phoenix Egg which auto revives the hero after some time if it is not destroyed.

We cannot use the unit ability since it would create a new unit and not revive the hero.

We could use Spawn Hydra as the summoning ability for the Egg.
