Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users are unable to customize existing PV-DER models or define new models.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow user access to PV-DER model parameters through a JSON file and allow the use of model IDs to refer to specific DER models at specific nodes.

Resolved with following commits: 8e6746ea0954f488f2af81cfef79b855447e29ca, a3a7ab57ca8dcc2503b7614b931d8c921a679c2b
