Currently, all the DER model instances in the co-simulation use the 3 phase, unbalanced PV-DER model (even though model parameters are fully customizable). It would be good for the user to have access to all the DER models that are currently available in the repository.

A new option in config file "DERModelType": "ThreePhaseUnbalanced" would provide the user with the flexibility to select a model type either at the transmission bus level or the distribution model level. Each DER model type would be matched to a specific string.
