Typo/Link Update in : user_guide_TOC.md and associated links

Describe the bug

• [ ] 1. In "user_guide_TOC.md", the link to "Using TDcoSim in Python scripts" is not working
• [ ] 2. In "user_guide_TOC.md", the link to "Example 1" is not working
• [ ] 3. In "user_guide_TOC.md", the link to "Example 2" is not working
• [ ] 4. In "user_guide_cosimulation_details.md", "The scaling factor (see assumptions) is calculated...". The link to assumptions is not working.
• [ ] 5. In "Example 1-4", several figures point to wrong links, thus not showing the correct figures. (All figures are located in "docs/user_guide/examples/use_case_results/study_1 to 4/")
• [ ] 6. In "Example_1_test_of_DER_RT_and_trip.md.md", the 1st figure is showing 0% penetration, but should be showing the 10% penetration.
• [ ] 7. "\pagebreak" at the end of several .md files, suggest to remove them?
• [ ] 8. To be updated

Additional context Since Shijia is reading through the user guide and now understand ways of corrections to certain typo/links.

• [ ] Is it possible that Shijia can fork the .md file to edit and clear above-mentioned typo/link?

This was resolved with the release of the user guide for v2.0.0. All the links within the md files are working now. There are many commits. The most relevant commits are: 71ae1506fed72fc6c1267970eb3b5e74cc4be15c, b4c965a716130d16fb8b1e61e37292aa5ca8967d, 490c8aeaed40eea83fd67e0a2a9ad0a4e6500ba7 etc.
