Hi Thomas, this is a great contribution, thanks for sharing it. I am trying to execute simple_dispatch.py but am running into dependency issues.

'Part 2 Schedule 6 - Balancing Authority Hourly System Lambda.csv' is not included in the Repo. What information does it contain and how can we replicate it to run simple_dispatch.py ?

I looked at https://transmission.bpa.gov/Business/Operations/FERC714/ and the files there don't include Part 2, schedule 6.

it's part of the FERC 714 data, which you can find here: https://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/forms/form-714/data.asp

thanks for your patience - let me know if you find other issues. I might write a script someday to download all the data through the appropriate APIs, but I'm focusing on a different project currently.

Hi Thomas, Wanted to ask if you have any plans on consolidating the inputs anytime soon? Also, what's the protocol for extending marginal simulation analysis beyond 2017. [I'm a PhD student working with Prof. Azevedo, and we would be using your excellent work in a different project]

Hi Madalsa, You can send future emails to tdeetjen@gmail.com by the way. I am not actively maintaining the github site right now and don't have plans right for consolidating inputs or updating the links. But, maybe we can set up a time for a quick call so I can answer any questions about how the model works. -Thomas
