Old browsers #38

Produces a warning message before login that the clients browser cannot handle certain functionality (probably just test if IE is atleast 10 or even 11).

tdewolff commented 10 years ago

IE8 and older now receive a message that their browser is too old.

IE9 and later will be supported.
