Refactor daemon section

This organizes the daemon section under 4 main sections:

Overview: this section hasn't been modified except for the fact that I've added a chapter about the configuration of the daemon. Basically, I moved the old "Environment Variables" chapter here.
Getting started: the chapters about running a daemon have been isolated in this section. It also hosts a chapter regarding the configuration of the operator CLI. With v0.4.0-rc.1, it became necessary to dedicate a chapter for configuration to clarify what to do with or without macaroons enabled.
Deposit funds: this section describes how to initialize the daemon's wallet and how to manage markets. This sections contains the copy of the old daemon.md file.
Webhooks: this new section describes how to add/remove/list webhooks.
