User Accout create error #5

Account create လုပ်ရင် file မှာ ဓါတ်ပုံ မထဲ့ရင် created ဖြစ်တယ် ဓါတ်ပုံထဲ့လိုက်ရင် အောက်က error ပြတယ်

fixed - user create post header content-type is change to multipart/form-data. so that image can be uploaded
