TDLib + TON Storage = LOVE #2273

I think it would be nice to implement TON Storage support based on TDLib.

  1. TDLib can be run in a browser without any problems.
  2. Calling TON Storage functions from javascript (thanks to the simple TDLib library interface).
  3. It will be much easier to create applications for TON Storage.
