Hi, what about fake copyright reports! My channel got copyright complaint and there is nothing related to product or company. Its commit details of my github repository!

And no one replying to emails!

My channel is for github updates. I have tried to contact all Telegram emails... no one responded.

I have edited the message to know exactly what was the message is. But I'm sure it's not related to any copyright issue.

Telegram doesn't care about you! They consider all complaints from bytescare.com as genuine because of some weird reason.

Telegram doesn't care about you! They consider all complaints from bytescare.com as genuine because of some weird reason.

Yeah same bytescare.com but others receive from other domains also once they know the way to do fake complaints then they will do it with different domains it's very easy for them to do it. In those two weeks about 12 fake complaints for groups and channels and bots belong to my friends! It's very easy

Anyone can face those people on telegram and later on all this will increase.

I'm telling u that there is someone who MOCK telegram and did fake reports and telegram accepted all.

I told he was reporting my commits updates channel. Like:

"Fix yt-dlp user settings"

Like this message he reported it as copyright compliant. I want someone to talk with him about this. And no one responding no one helping.

Bro in short there is NO copyright infringement in my channel or group. LIKE imagine github block this repository because of the last commit title! Yeah don't say its different. No it's the same! I'm posting commits titles with some details on my telegram channel.

Those are messages such as your git commit updates that you post in your channel.

There is no message that violates copyright laws.

Then give solution! There is no support team in telegram. So if u r the owner of this repo and saying this so the best solution is the switching from telegram to another platform. If there is any fake complaint u r facing and no ome can restore ur channel or group so why people would use telegram.

And if I'm developing this repo and i know that there is no one can help the users then if i care to telegram and the user provides evidence for everything he said, then i will report to someone i know he can solve this problem. IF I CARE TO TELEGRAM. Its just forwarding and it will not take much time from me.

And the guy who did this in my channel will re-do those fake strikes again. I know him but i don't have evidence on him.

telegram team should pay attention to verify legitimacy of the complaint, if you can not verify the complaint yourself just do not take any action nor force channel/group owners to contact fake complainants through email.

As per their communication I did reached out to concerned party http://bytescare.com/ and have mailed an apology since they identified a post on the channel that had caused copyright violation but they did not responded back to my mail. I had mailed to Telegram support team but they too did not responded. At first I was feeling that it was a mistake from my end but after reading the thread I realised it is a case of fraud. I don't know will my channel be reinstated and if yes then when? I'm still waiting for my channel status to be restored, 20 days have passed.

Users share them to create fake copyright strike
