What commit id does correspond with version 1.8.13 #2484

Hello. I tried to get older version of tdlib library for our project to build. Looked at https://github.com/tdlib/td/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md, branches and tags. And didn't find corresponse between minor versions and commit ids. Can you tell, what commit id does correspond with version 1.8.13 ?

For 1.8.13 the commit bb28f308ef99dfc927392d65b18579448cbae68e is recommended.
