[ASK] Is there an example of how to use the video/voice call feature? #2812

I'm continuing my app,

but I'm confused about adding the call feature, I'm confused about how to send voice data / is there an example of a call using tdlib using the dart / python / node js language? so I can try emulating in flutter

Currently, this is fully implemented only in Unigram.
