Rebase/merge upstream @ version 7.0 #85

Had to do some slightly unconventional rebase/merge since it would find so many conflicts and issues... I might try to rebase frequently to avoid these in the future.

I deleted deletemessages since it is now offered by the official API (instead of the custom, range-based implementation). The docs definitely need some rewriting, they are a bit out of date I think. Other than that, nothing relevant to mention.
