Document all functions #28

All functions should be well documented up to CRAN standards. Ideally, all functions are also used in example vignettes or in the bookdown documentation.

Finally, we should check the installation instructions. It seems devtools::install_github does not fully install the documentation

Travis checks if all documentation is OK.

We should probably add a notification mechanism to .travis.yml so we are alerted if this happens. https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/notifications/
