Not receiving new chat invites #204

I don't seem to be getting new chat invites. If a new user wants to chat to me and sends me a chat invite I am not getting on hangups. Sorry if I have missed that it may have not been implemented yet ( testing it out at this stage ).

Yes, invites haven't been implemented.

I could use hangups debug logs and captures from the web client for this since it's not easy to test with a limited number of accounts.
