Missing installation step #87

Following Ubuntu installation instructions, I cloned the repo and ran make USE_PGXS=1. Got:

Makefile:53: /usr/lib/postgresql/9.5/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/lib/postgresql/9.5/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk'.  Stop.

Do I need to install something from PGXS? (First time I'm working with PG extensions)

Package postgresql-server-dev-9.5 was missing (thanks icodeya). Should have followed the instructions more carefully :)
