ERR11502242 from https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/ERR11502242 because https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/?view=run_browser&acc=ERR11502242&display=metadata has only one file
same for ERR11502246

Turns out, there are 82 unpaired files where ENA apparently stores them as two files but NCBI as one. For simplicity, I will remove all unpaired files and reupload from ENA such that any paired assay has two files.
