Json flattening check #71

Make sure the Json flattening process results in similar results as the xml flattening, e.g. first item in an array is 0 or 1, doesn't matter, but needs to be consistent.

Consistent choice: 1 as the first item.

Tests were ok, still waiting for production tests, if passed this can be closed.
