General Fixes:

• An argument length error
• Using pip instead of Pip3 when we are requiring Python3 to be ran
• Simplifying pexpect and allowing it to work for multiple threads

I'll fix a couple of other lines (importing time when I don't use it (oops), capitalization issue) when I get a review.
