Add My Location and Update some CSS #23

Resolution of Insue #9.

Added a second button below "Adicionar Ponto" which when clicked adds a marker (with user's geolocation) to the map. And gives a name for the marker with the text 'EU'.

Also just a bit in the CSS.

oi, vou fazer o merge na proxima semana acho, ta bom mas tem umas coisas para modificar:

check if current localisation is in the fortaleza bounds
não pode aumentar o height do map, porque depois fica maior que o screen. então so tem que reducir um pouco o height do linelist

OK! Voltei o CSS e me deixo a disposição se pensar em mexer no Front.

Fiz o check. Se a geolocalização retornar que está em Fortaleza ocorre tudo normal, senão um alert().
