Markdown format is different from Github #198

I just added the support for Math expressions in Markdown.

I have no idea about the tables, what is the difference. Please give more information.

Sorry, but it seems the math mode in Markdown can NOT work correctly in the anonymous github web page.

For example, markdown math equation with latex is not support. Assume there is an equation $a=3$, then it should be showed as a=3 equation, but instead, it looks just as $ a=3 $ itself.
