Purl-based URIs lead to 404 error on Github #21

For instance: http://purl.org/pliniancore/terms/Metadata is redirected to https://github.com/PlinianCore/Documentation/wiki/PlinianCore_Terms#Metadata which returns a 404 error. This is the case at least for all the URIs I've tried.

Yes, all term URIs are deprecated and need to be updated according to the TDWG framework. This will be addressed in the future.
