This PR updates the AC Jekyll website setup by @nielsklazenga at http://tdwg.github.io/ac.

Remove all theme files and instead link to a remote theme setup for this type of websites: https://github.com/tdwg/tdwg-theme-jekyll
Remove files created by Jekyll at setup that are not necessary
Content remains the same

Once this PR is accepted, we can discuss how the site should be structured (e.g. navbar)
