Edit term list build script to include version information for all terms #145

In our 2019-09-26 Maintenance Group call, we decided to set a policy to automatically update borrowed TDWG terms to their most recent version, but to NOT update borrowed non-TDWG terms without review by the Maintenance Group. There is information about the various versions in use in the https://github.com/tdwg/rs.tdwg.org data, but this information is not readily apparent to users. We should include it in the term metadata of the term list document.

This should be easy to accomplish for Audubon Core, Darwin Core, and Dublin Core terms just by editing the build script for the term list document. However, the rs.tdwg.org source tables do not have version information for the other borrowed terms, so this issue can't be closed until somebody looks up all of the borrowed terms to figure out what vocabulary version they are from. This is discussed in Issue #115 and is related to Issue #134

There is some confusion about the current versioning of DwC terms, so it was not practical to fix this in the 2020-01-27 version of Audubon Core. It still needs to be done.

The script was edited in https://github.com/tdwg/ac/pull/172 . Versions will now be shown for AC, DwC and DC terms. The other namespaces don't have clearly designated version IRIs.
