In the review of terms that took place from 2019-07 to 2019-08, @nielsklazenga noted that there is no commentDate term to go along with the commenter, commenterLiteral, and comments terms. He also noted that perhaps it would be best to deal with comments as annotations. Presumably that would involve using an annotation vocabulary outside of AC.
