The Views Controlled Vocabularies Task Group will have an online meeting at 15:00 UTC on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. That corresponds to 11:00 AM Eastern (US) Daylight Time (New York), 10:00 AM Central (US) Daylight Time (Chicago), 8:00 AM Mountain (US) standard time (Phoenix), 4:00 PM Central European time (Stockholm), and 5:00 AM Hawaii Standard time (Honolulu).

I do not entirely trust the calendar invitations below since some locations will be changing over to summer (daylight) time and others won't. So check carefully to make sure that the added calendar events actually correspond to the times above.

Prior to this meeting we will attempt to generate the files and schemas necessary to implement the controlled vocabularies on Zenodo. We'll assess progress at the meeting.

Don't forget that the Views Controlled Vocabularies task group is meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, March 24) at 15:00 UTC. Check https://github.com/tdwg/ac/issues/194 for local times. With the change to summer time in some locations and not others double-check what 15:00 UTC corresponds to in your local time.

The notes for the 2021-03-24 Views Controlled Vocabularies TG call are at https://github.com/tdwg/ac/blob/master/views/historical/vcv-notes-2021-03-24.pdf. Please note that a recording of the meeting is available at https://youtu.be/vHflmbbkuxI if you missed the meeting.

We had a lot of interesting and important discussion and did not finish working through all of the items in the notes. So please review the notes and we will pick up where we left off at the next meeting.
