subjectOrientation values marginal and medial need definitions #236

Two values for orientations, marginal and medial, were suggested to be used with sori in ferns, but they lack definitions. They should also be linked to ontology IRIs like the other controlled values.

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/BSPO_0000067 is a possibility for medial, although it needs to be checked for appropriateness. I couldn't find "marginal" in BSPO.

These terms have been removed from the list since they don't really apply as orientations.
