Layer names should be improved #31

As of this writing, Gregor and I have changed the usage "Core Layer" and 
"Extended Layer" to "Layer 1" and "Layer 2" because "Audubon Core Core" is 
clumsy. Nevertheless, these seem inadequately descriptive and perhaps do not 
carry the idea that a simple implementation might only be of Layer 1 terms.

There being no comment on this, I am leaving "Layer 1" and "Layer 2" resolving 
it as WontFix
