The trivial RDF at
http://terms.gbif.org/wiki/Audubon_Core_Term_List_RDF_Version is silent on the
representation of the DwC Geography terms included by reference in the Term

OK, I think that this issue has moved out of the realm of AC Maintenance Group problem into the realm of a TAG/Infrastructure problem. All of the pieces necessary to know what borrowed terms are part of AC (including the DwC geography terms) are now present in the https://github.com/tdwg/rs.tdwg.org repo. Those data are drawn upon to generate the new term list at https://github.com/tdwg/ac/blob/documentation-conversion/doc/termlist.md and they will also be drawn upon whenever the system for generating RDF serializations is operational, since it will also draw on the basic metadata in the rs.tdwg.org repo.

Basically, the "trivial RDF" will go away because the Standards Documentation Spec now lays out how trivial RDF (i.e. "bucket of terms" rather than "complex ontology") should be generated automatically from the abstract properties of terms.
