Capitalization in documents may be inconsistent

In documentation in the term list sometimes the Label, which is usually 
capitalized, and sometimes the term name is used. The latter is rarely 
capitalized except when the term is borrowed from another vocabulary which 
capitalizes the term name. References to a term should always be by its name, 
not its English label.

If the term name needs to stand out, it should probably be italicized.

But sometimes the term name is not human friendly, especially for humans who 
cannot tolerate camelCase. cf Reviewer Comments vs reviewerComments.

Sometimes the Label is not simply a non-camelCase rendering of the term name, 
so I think we just live with this variation. More to the point, where-ever 
feasible there should be a link to the definition of the cited term, and I will 
work on that as the solution to this issue.

There is no argument presented that we should do anything other than leave the 
spelling as it is in the original. So I am resolving this as WontFix
