Service Access Point Vocabulary for dynamic access points #83

from the terms documentation it is not clear how to specify 'dynamic' access 
points, e.g. an access point that generates an image based on certain 
parameters. for example parameters that define the size like: 
http://medialib.naturalis.nl/file/RMNH.ACA.P.66626?width=400&height=250
Where width and height can be anything as long as within boundaries of the 
original image.

For now I am merging this into Issue #76 even though this may be a little more 
general than the current discussion there.
