Proposed Topics for Task Groups #84

This issue contains proposals for remaining issues that should be early topics 
of one or more Task Groups.

EXIF applicability

EXIF is a defacto standard, but with very adhoc documentation, especially as to 
authority.  

Issue #29 would probably fall under this.

In essence, each of these gives rise to a Task, so I am classifying it as a 
Task, even though it is a Task \list/. 

It would be helpful if nobody adds to this but me for now, but in general, 
proposing Tasks is a MRTG function, not a public function.

documents.

RDF serialization

There needs to be construction of one or more RDF serializations of AC. See 
also https://code.google.com/p/audubon-core-rdf/

The early one done by GBF could either be brought up to date or must be
