Library of ac media types #99

Should there be a library of examples of media types. See #98

This has been addressed in the proposal for a controlled vocabulary for dc:/dcterms:format https://github.com/tdwg/ac/issues/171 . The vocabulary is extensible, so other media types can be added as needed.
