9 years ago I hope Lucy is seeing this and can finalize registration rates. I know there were concerns about some things in the budget carried over from China. I don't see how it will hurt to leave these expenses in, unless the costs in Kenya are higher. It looks like break-even registration cost is $500 USD for members; $575 for non-members. Why not set Early Registration at $450 for members and $525 for non-members until July 31st. Regular Registration (break even) can be $500 for members; $575 for non-members until August 31st. Anyone registering after September 1st will pay $550 (members) and $625 (non members). This should net us enough to cover expenses. . .

That basic registration site has been set up in RegOnline, following the basic structure used over the last few years. Fees to be collected in $USD. People who have already paid membership will be given that amount as a discount -- meaning registration fees covers meeting costs, plus individual membership if not previously paid. Equivalent costs to be collected from Africans who need to register through the Kenyan payment system. We need to determine what the base cost will be. Also need: the cost of banquet; estimates for supported participants; e.g., invited speakers, core officers and organizers if not covered from other sources.
