Organize example files for Darwin Core records of distinct types #101

Example files have been moved over from the dwc repository in the examples folder in this repository. These need to be organized and to have new files added for other types of records and uses. See https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/issues/57.

In commit a9c7801 (see issue 105), an examples file from the original Darwin Core site has been captured. Review those examples as well and put useful ones into documentation, then remove the terms.md file.
