Quick Reference Guide needs "How to cite" #214

The most-used page in Darwin Core should have a note right at the top about how to cite Darwin Core. At the moment I can find no reference on how to cite that page, and the other information about citing Darwin Core is on the GitHub README.md for the repository, which will not likely be seen in normal use.

" To cite this page specifically:

Darwin Core maintenance group. Biodiversity Information Standards (TDWG) (2018). Darwin Core quick reference guide. 2018. Accessed [yyyy-mm--dd] from http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/.

For Darwin Core in general, consider the peer-reviewed article on Darwin Core:

Wieczorek J, Bloom D, Guralnick R, Blum S, Döring M, et al. (2012) Darwin Core: An Evolving Community-Developed Biodiversity Data Standard. PLoS ONE 7(1): e29715. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0029715 "
