Section 1.4.3 of the RDF Guide should be updated to include other "iri" namespaces. #494

Currently, Section 1.4.3 of the Darwin Core RDF Guide only mentions the dwciri: namespace. However, there is now chronoiri and soon will be ecoiri. These should be mentioned or in some other way indicated as operating under the same rules as dwciri.
