rowType no longer resolves in Darwin Core Text Guide #495

In the Darwin Core Text Guide there is a reference to

rowType="http://rs.gbif.org/terms/1.0/Types"

and the text in the previous paragraph says that an external extension definition can be found there. The URL gives a 404, but should instead redirect to https://rs.gbif.org/extension/gbif/1.0/typesandspecimen.xml mimicking the correct behavior demonstrated by

rowType="http://rs.gbif.org/terms/1.0/Distribution"

which redirects to https://rs.gbif.org/extension/gbif/1.0/distribution_2022-02-02.xml.

Correct rowType is http://rs.gbif.org/terms/1.0/TypesAndSpecimen. Update in Text Guide.
