How to credit contributors in a sequencing project #2

This came up in the GSC. See GenomicsStandardsConsortium/mixs#90. MIxS does not have terms to say who carried out various roles in a project, and DwC only has a few roles, like who did the identification or took a measurement. Does GGBN have terms like this?

You might find that the forthcoming Darwin Core Archive agent action extension will be relevant if the data are to be shared in a DwC-A format using the MIxS extension.

The ability to capture who Measured and Identified are there, but I presume this group will have new additions to propose for the vocabulary.
