Spreadsheet with package-only terms

Create a spreadsheet in which each package only contains terms for the package; i.e., remove the core terms from the packages.

Some comments for your consideration:

• To move away from having the structured comment name as the identifier, we could keep the MIxS IDs (V5) and unique MIxS IDs (V6) in addition to the definitions and term names in the mixs5/6-packages-terms-only.tsv files. Currently, the IDs are removed in the notebook section on “create spreadsheet of package only terms, but drop the package name and other non-essential columns”.
• In that same code block, all duplicates between environmental packages (e.g. temp, which is in multiple environmental packages) are also dropped. It might be cool to get an output on which terms those are (as you did for the terms that were both in MIxS core and the environmental packages).

If you move core terms to a higher level how does a user know which additional terms to use for a particular package? Will those removed terms only be terms that are used in ALL packages? +1 for creating spreadsheets for each package
