Issue 26 - create package only spreadsheets

I've created two Jupyter Notebooks in notebooks/mixs-package-terms/: one for MIxS 5 and one for MIxS 6. The notebooks output two types of spreadsheets to the notebooks/mixs-package-terms/output directory:

• A spreadsheet that excludes core terms, but leaves the other columns. Artifacts generated:
  • mixs5-packages-exclude-core.tsv
  • mixs6-packages-exclude-core.tsv
• A spreadsheet that includes only the Structured comment name, Package item, and Definition columns. Artifacts generated:
  • mixs5-packages-terms-only.tsv
  • mixs6-packages-terms-only.tsv
