Include creator names with ORCIDs #69

I don't keep a running list of ORCIDs in my head (I don't even remember my own). Can we include author names with the ORCIDs. E.g.

#creator:
#  - William D. Duncan [https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9625-1899]

or 

#creator:
#  https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9625-1899: William D. Duncan

Decision made on call 2021-07-06. We will have two lists in the header section:

contributors:
  - <orcid 1>
  - <orcid 2>
  - ....

contributor_names:
  - <name 1>
  - <name 2>
  - ....
