Update DwC-MIxS_mappingSupport based on #77 & #78 #79

Update DwC-MIxS_mappingSupport based on changes described in #77 and implemented in https://github.com/tdwg/gbwg/pull/78.

In an oversight, PR #78 was merged before the changes made were reflected in the DwC-MIxS_mappingSupport file (which includes both semantic and syntactic mappings).

Updated mapping support file to reflect previous changes following #78.

Additionally, a column for the creator_id of the syntax mapping was added ("creator_id_syntax").

Further, a spelling mistake in the syntactic mapping file was corrected ("f:heavy_check_mark:rom" -> "from").
