Stan ran wget and pulled down docs as HTML or PDFs and has to check to see if he can find these.

I think it's all saved to other locations, but perhaps not in all the various formats. Straight HTML of each proceedings, as well as a PDF are in hand.

@mdoering wanted the tags to stay on until they are done. @sblum can this be closed?

@csparr should we not leave all those tags forever? you can search for just the open issues with the tag and we used that tag in links. We probably should have used a milestone for this

I have grouped all the blocks-old-server-switchoff issues in a milestone (as suggested by @mdoering): https://github.com/tdwg/infrastructure/milestones/Old%20server%20switchoff

That way, we don't clutter the labels, issues can remain grouped and we can actually close the milestone once everything is done. I have deleted the label.
